Disability support

Independence starts with the right support.

Our disability services open up participation in every part of community life. We start from your strengths, and we take seriously the connections you already have — family, friends, the people around you.

Understanding our supports

Support workers who partner with you.

Our NDIS support workers work alongside you to meet the support needs identified in your plan — developed with you, around your choice and control, your goals and your preferences.

We provide Core Supports to NDIS participants living with psychosocial disability, across two support categories. Our team delivers support during business hours every weekday; we don't provide services on weekends.

Daily livingAssistance with the everyday tasks that keep your week moving.
Community participationAssistance to take part socially and in your local community.
On medication, we can prompt and remind you to take it. We're not able to administer, manage, pay for or store medication.

Built on strengths

We recognise each person's unique strengths and work from them, rather than starting from a list of deficits.

Family and friends included

Existing connections matter. We support the relationships that already hold your life together.

Goals set by you

Supports are developed with you so they follow your goals and preferences, not a standard template.

Change at any time

You can change which services you access, and who provides them, whenever you choose.

The NDIS and disability support

A registered NDIS provider.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme provides funding to eligible people living with disability, to build greater independence, develop new skills and improve quality of life. Funding is administered by the National Disability Insurance Agency.

  • NDIS funding may cover support coordination, Core Supports, capacity building supports, or a combination.
  • You choose which funded services you access.
  • You can change providers at any time.
  • Current fees for your funded supports are set out in Schedule 1 of your Service Agreement.
How to fund your supports

Three ways to manage the money.

Choose one, or combine them — some people self-manage part of a plan to start with and leave the rest to the NDIA. Either way, the choice and control stay with you.

01

Self-management

The NDIA provides funding directly to you, so you can arrange the supports and services that best help you pursue your goals.

02

Plan-managed

The NDIA funds a plan manager, who pays providers on your behalf, keeps track of your funds and handles the financial reporting.

03

NDIA-managed

The NDIA pays us directly on your behalf, so there's no invoicing or claiming for you to manage.

The cost of disability support

Prices set by the NDIA, not by us.

Prices and fees for NDIS-funded supports and services are determined by the NDIS and the NDIA. The agency's pricing guide is published on the NDIA website.

The fees that apply to you are listed in Schedule 1 of your individual Service Agreement. They can change when the NDIA updates its prices, since the agency administers all NDIS funding — we'll always tell you when something changes.
