Support to live independently at home.
For some, home care means a bit of extra help with everyday activities. For others it means a higher level of clinical support. We work with you to set your goals and keep living well, at home, for as long as possible.

Home care, built around your day.
Asking for help is a positive step forward in keeping your independence. Choose the mix of services you need — and change it whenever life does.

Care management
We provide medication management, clinical care, rehabilitation support and guidance to help you live confidently in your own home.
Help around the home
We support people at home with shopping, personal care, nutritious meals and light cleaning — the everyday things that keep you healthy and independent.
Community connection
Friendly visits and transport, so you stay connected to the people and places you know.
Specialised care
In-home and centre-based respite gives family carers a break from caring responsibilities. Our Perth-based dementia consultants offer practical advice, guidance and emotional support for people living with dementia and their families.
Understanding the funding available.
The Australian Government subsidises home support so older people can stay independent. What you contribute depends on the services you receive and, in some cases, a financial assessment by Services Australia.
Under the Support at Home program, funding is provided for specific services based on an aged care assessment. Some people approved before the reforms may also receive quarterly budgets. Any fees that apply to you are discussed before services begin. We also provide home care under the Commonwealth Home Support Program through My Aged Care.
Five levels of support.
Your assessment sets the level. We help you use it well — and step up or down as your needs change.
Entry-level care
Low-level support for everyday activities at home. You may be eligible through the Commonwealth Home Support Program via My Aged Care.
Moderate care
The government-funded Support at Home program covers a higher level of care across clinical services (fully funded), independence support and everyday living.
Restorative care
Short-term care to help you regain confidence and keep your independence — physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nurse care and more.
Assistive technology
Government-funded equipment and home adjustments that make your home safer and easier to move around, funded through Support at Home.
Flexible options
Need support right away while you wait for government funding? You can pay privately for any of our services, starting this week.
Not sure which fits?

One program. Clearer funding.
Since November 2025, most home care is funded through the Australian Government Support at Home program. Our current schedule of fees and charges is on this page.
- Clinical services such as nursing and allied health are fully funded.
- Independence and everyday-living services may carry a contribution.
- Assistive technology and home modifications sit in their own funding pool.
- Approved before the reforms? Your quarterly budget carries over.

One person who knows your whole story.
Your assessment gives you a list of approved services. Your coordinator helps you choose the combination that fits your needs and your budget.
They take the time to understand your goals, preferences, health needs and existing supports. It all goes into your Care Plan, reviewed every year — or sooner if things change. You can adjust your mix of approved services at any time.
